Clients can hire Dotcom's services in the following modes:
Onsite
Projects
Dotcom supply
project team, expertise and personnel to work at the client's
premises using his infrastructure. Dotcom will be responsible
for the Project management and will implement and train the
clients staff for post implementation jobs.
Off
site Projects
Dotcom works
offsite with responsibility of deliverables. Our primary offsite
works facility is our development center at the Software Technology
Parks of India (STPI), Cochin. Post implementation operations
and maintenance are available from our technical support team.
We have another development center at Trichur, which is connected,
to the main division at Cochin. DOTCOM also can set up dedicated
offsite facilities near customer locations.

Consultants
This program
will enable the client to deal with only one vendor, DOTCOM,
for all their Information Technology (IT) needs while enjoying
full access to the available resources offered by other vendors.
The second layer vendors will accept requirements only through
DOTCOM. All administrative matters in this respect will be
handled by DOTCOM who ensures that all vendors meet clients
quality standards.
IT Staffing
Traditionally
referred to as staff augmentation, DOTCOM can provide individuals
or teams to support specific applications or fulfill particular
project functions for clients. Here the client takes the responsibility
for Project Management.
